Brassneck Brewery

A little neighbourhood brewery in Mount Pleasant that brews small batches of tasty concoctions guaranteed to please the palate. This spot is the definition of local, and most of their beers can only be purchased on-site at their taproom, meaning you have to visit in person to taste their “dangerously drinkable” beers.

Passion and personality fuel this East Van brewery. Their cartoony beer labels embody the fun, creative, and experimental flair known to Parallel 49. They make a vast array of beers and have been known to experiment with hybrid styles before others dare make that jump.

This spot is just a short drive from our office and is a staff favourite. Their serene location is just metres away from the Pitt River just off the Traboulay Port Coquitlam trail making it the ideal place to throw back one of their British malt-forward style brews don’t worry they have a hazy IPA and German-style lagers for those that gravitate to those styles.
Mariner Brewing

Mariner is Coquitlam’s first- and so far only- craft brewery conveniently located steps away from the bottom of the Coquitlam Crunch making it the optimal spot for a post-hike pick me up. After all, they’re beers are pretty out of this world… ;)
